Aerobar Four is a custom-built extension and spacer assembly. This aerobar is athlete and bike-specific, built from the ground up, with outright performance in mind.

AB04 is a true end-stage product, with no adjustment options beyond the build. It can only be designed once a comprehensive position optimisation process has been performed.

  • Modular design, fully-customisable, high-performance time trial extensions

Materials  

  • 3D printed titanium 64 alloy extensions, bonded to CNC machined 6061 T6 aluminium clamps

  • 3D printed PA11 Nylon arm cups, grips and computer mount accessories

  • Lightweight with an average weight of 381 g per set of extensions excluding accessories

Delivery  

  • The Aerobar Four design and development can take up to 16 weeks, depending on the scope of the service required

  • The Aerobar Four is custom-made and built-to-order, printing and assembly can take up to an additional 10 weeks from the completion of design

  • Sync Ergonomics is based in Melbourne, Australia

  • International orders have a transit time of 2-14 days depending on destination

  • It takes 2-3 days for New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates, 3-7 days for Asia and US, and 5-7 days for Europe, UK, Ireland, South Africa, and South America

  • Domestic orders have a transit time of 1-4 days

  • The customer is liable for taxes, import duties, and charges associated with importation. Check with your local customs authorities to clarify the charges specific to your location
