Purchase

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Shipping Policy

Sync Ergonomics is based in Melbourne, Australia

Domestic Shipping Services

All domestic (Australia) orders placed via our online store are shipped via Australia Post using Express Post services. In some instances, shipping may be performed using TNT Express and in such cases, you will be notified of this shipping option. Domestic orders have a transit time of 1-4 days

International Shipping Services

All international shipment placed via our online store are shipped via DHL Express. We are unable to offer Economy shipping services to any international location at this point in time. We will continue to monitor and update shipping options as they become available. Please further note:

  • International orders have a transit time of 2-14 days depending on destination

  • It takes 2-3 days for New Zealand and United Arab Emirates, 3-7 days for Asia and US, and 5-7 days for Europe, UK, Ireland, South Africa, and South America

  • The customer is liable for taxes, import duties and charges associated with importation. Check with your local customs authorities to clarify the charges specific to your location

  • We are currently unable to ship to Russia via any of our international shipping partners

Shipping Data

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the shipping data entered during checkout is correct. Sync Ergonomics is not responsible for costs incurred in parcel recovery, shipping/reshipping a parcel, due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the purchaser.

Returns & Refund

Thank you for shopping at Sync Ergonomics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping Charges on Return

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the original purchase of product(s) and the return of product(s) are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Sync Ergonomics.

Warranty Policy

This section covers all warranty, liability, service and crash replacements related to all Sync Ergonomics products which includes any product with the Sync Ergonomics brand mark and word mark sold directly from Sync Ergonomics to its associated service providers, dealers, aftermarket customers and OEM customers.

Product Life

All bicycle products have a limited product service life which is determined by usage rate, rider and system weight, correct assembly, materials, processes, impact damages, product design and environmental conditions.

All these variables contribute to the service life of the product. Sync Ergonomics recommends bicycles with Sync Ergonomics products be examined regularly by a qualified bicycle mechanic for early signs of product fatigue and/or product damage. These checks should include:

  • regular visual checks for cracks

  • deformations

  • surface irregularities

  • any sign of irregular product wear

  • signs of wear on both plastic and alloy parts

  • bolt torque

Should the product show any signs of the above issues, stop using the product immediately. Failure to do so could lead to personal injury and or death.

Weight Limit

All Sync Ergonomics products are suitable for riders up to a maximum of 100 kg or 220 lbs. Exceeding this this weight limit would void the Sync Ergonomics warranty immediately.

Intended Usage

All Sync Ergonomics products are designed for their intended purpose as specified in their product descriptions and specifications. If products are used in any manner other than its original intended use, this could lead to personal injury and or death. In addition, this would void the Sync Ergonomics warranty immediately.

12-Month Limited Warranty

At Sync Ergonomics, we provide a limited 12-month warranty for original owners of the product beginning from the date of purchase from Sync Ergonomics or Sync Ergonomics associated service provider. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and craftsmanship for the duration of this period.

The original proof of purchase must be supplied to confirm the original owner of the Sync Ergonomics product and the purchase date.

When a product is confirmed defective and still within the warranty coverage period, it will be replaced and or repaired at the sole discretion of Sync Ergonomics, at no charge. In the event of a replacement, if the original product is not available, then at Sync Ergonomics’s discretion, it will be replaced with a product of equivalent or similar value.

Areas not covered by this warranty;

  1. If proof of purchase is not presented. Proof of purchase can be the original purchase invoice or receipt only.

  2. Product is used in a manner other than its original intended use.

  3. Products not purchased from Sync Ergonomics, or a Sync Ergonomics associated service provider.

  4. Regular wear and tear. Fatigue life beyond the coverage period.

  5. Damage caused by transportation or mishandling of the product including but not limited to; shipping, crashes, incorrect installation, lack of regular service, corrosion, accidents, aggressive cleaning liquid agents, faulty repair and anything that does not constitute material and workmanship defects.

  6. Products beyond the 12-month coverage period.

  7. Second hand products.

  8. Labor and freight costs incurred in the service and replacement of the product.

  9. Damage caused by using incompatible parts and accessories.

  10. Products used in non-recreational situations.

  11. Any form of custom modification of the original product(s).

  12. Accessories such as but not limited to grips, bar tape, computer mounts etc.,

  13. Sync Ergonomics reserves the right to modify this warranty at any given time

Liability Limitations

Sync Ergonomics will not be liable for any product damages beyond the scope allowed for local laws and regulations.

This warranty is only valid for the original owner, is not transferable and only covers to the limit of either repairing or replacing a product which is considered defective at the sole discretion of Sync Ergonomics.

Original owners have legal rights as defined in this policy and you may have other legal rights granted by the local consumer laws of the state, province and or country of where the product was originally sold. If this warranty does not provide the basic rights of the domestic territory, then it shall be modified in accordance with local regulations and laws.

The warranty set out on this page is the only warranty offered for the product and is only offered to the original customer.

When a product is replaced and or repaired at no charge as part of the original warranty coverage, the warranty period is not renewed or extended. The replaced or repaired product is only covered within the time frame of the original purchased item’s warranty. In addition, the original product returned to Sync Ergonomics, becomes the property of Sync Ergonomics should it be replaced at Sync Ergonomic’s discretion. Counterfeit products are not covered under our warranty policy.

Claim Procedure

Any warranty claims must be processed directly through Sync Ergonomics, as detailed in our “Returns Policy”. Sync Ergonomics will not accept any claims from customers that did not purchase their product(s) from Sync Ergonomics, or a Sync Ergonomics associated service provider.

Original proof of purchase is vital as it authenticates the original ownership of the product.

All products returned and shipped to Sync Ergonomics must be cleaned and packaged properly unless otherwise specified. Labor and freight costs incurred in the service and replacement of the product are at the cost of the owner.

Customers who are making a warranty claim must provide:

  • Original Proof of Purchase such as a receipt or electronic receipt

  • Customer’s Contact details

  • Detailed description of the issue or problem experienced

  • List of products used in conjunction with the defective product

  • Supporting images, showing product setup

Crash Replacement

In the event that your Sync Ergonomics products are damaged in an incident that falls outside our warranty policy, we offer a “Crash Replacement’ scheme to assist you in getting back up to speed as quickly as possible. Where applicable, a 30% discount will be provided on replacement parts. As situations differ dependent on the damaged item, please contact Sync Ergonomics should your product be damaged from a crash.

Crash Replacement Liability Limitations

Original purchase documentation must be provided. The age and condition of your equipment will be taken into consideration and normal wear and tear is not covered.

Sync Ergonomics will not be liable for any product damages beyond the scope allowed for local laws and regulations. Any discount provided will be applied to the replacement part(s) for the damaged item(s) only.

Original proof of purchase is vital as it authenticates the original ownership of the product. Crash replacement is only valid for the original owner, is not transferable and only covers to the limit of either repairing or replacing a product at a discounted rate at the sole discretion of Sync Ergonomics.

When a discounted replacement product is provided as part of the crash replacement coverage, the warranty period is not renewed or extended. The replaced or repaired product is only covered within the time frame of the original purchased item’s warranty. In addition, the original product returned to Sync Ergonomics, becomes the property of Sync Ergonomics should it be replaced at Sync Ergonomic’s discretion.
