Clinical Considerations of the High-Hands Position
12th Jan 2024
We often talk about the performance gains that come from the use of the Project 0.2 ecosystem, but we also know that performance should never come at a cost to comfort. We recently sat down with Connor McKay from The Physio Movement, to discuss the clinical considerations of the high-hands position and the outcomes on comfort.
SYNC ERGONOMICS: We know that the high-hands position is more effective from an aerodynamics standpoint, we’ve shown that many times in aero testing, but how does the

Aero Tested - The Project 0.2 Ecosystem
12th Jan 2024
Project 0.2 started with the quest to deliver the most aerodynamically efficient time trial positions, without compromise to comfort. The Project 0.2 name refers to the benchmark CdA value (0.2 m^2) for a high-quality time trial position and our desire to achieve functional positions that exceed this drag value.
The Underlying Mechanism
To understand how the Project 0.2 ecosystem improves performance, first it is important to understand the mechanism behind those performance gains. When r

Supporting the High-Hands Position
12th Jan 2024
The Project 0.2 ecosystem comprises three vital components, allowing the user to successfully execute a high-hands time trial position. The design and integration of these three components comes from seeing what works, in lab and in field based position optimisation (aero testing) services. Our goal in taking Project 0.2 to market is to make these gains achievable for more athletes and service providers, on more bikes.
